OC67 Mentors

More on OC67

1967 was an important year for Canada (its Centenary), for the Nation’s Capital and for its Junior A Hockey Team of the same name. The Committee of 67 is named in honour of those events.

How It Works

For any Ottawa-based entrepreneur or intrapreneur, they simply get a free Twitter.com account and follow OC67, OC67 will follow them.

All 67 mentors will have access to write updates on Twitter.com/OC67 and will be able to see all @OC67 replies and questions as well as Direct Replies.

OC67 mentors will do their best to answer questions in their specialty and most answers will be posted to Twitter.com/OC67 as public domain answers so everyone can benefit from the mentoring that goes on here.

If users require advice that is private, they must make sure that they include PRIVATE in their direct question to OC67.

If someone follows OC67, then they will be followed too so they can get mentoring assistance.

There will be a monitor of this site to ensure that anyone who abuses the privilege of being followed by OC67 is removed and that all content is appropriate for a General audience. The monitor will also be responsible for directing any remaining unanswered questions to the appropriate mentor, if the question remains unanswered for any significant length of time.

All OC67 mentors can post interesting thoughts or observations that they believe will help the audience.

Twitter allows more than one person to log on to OC67 at a time so you do not have to worry about being blocked out by other mentors.

Please do not share the USER ID and PASSWORD with anyone else.

Term

The Ottawa Committee of 67 will be made up of experienced persons who, for a period of two years, will monitor this site and respond to Qs.
